Ideal Home: Tilly is only a baby and hasn't had a chance to have a REAL home yet. She LOVES her people and wants to spend all her time with you because she's discovered this thing called "pats. A home where she gets to hang out with her hoomans all day or have some company would be ideal as she's still very young. Tilly is fantastic with other dogs so far - her bestie is our other pup Lola. They play and play and play. Till hasn't met cats but we believe with the right introductions she would be fine. She also hasn't met kids but we suspect she would love older (over 8 years) kids who would love to play with her. Tilly is a working breed so needs a home where she is going to have the opportunity to use her brain and get out some of that energy - especially when she gets a little older! A lifestyle block or home where she can be active would be ideal, as would love a home where she could get lots of loves and perhaps even be a running, walking or hiking buddy when she gets older. She is still a baby so she needs a home where someone is going to spend lots of time playing fun games and doing all sorts of training and socialisation in all sorts of situations (not just with dogs, but out and about meeting new people and other animals and going into new situations) with her so she learns great manners and can become a great doggy citizen. She is a little unsure in the car at the moment - all those noisey vehicles that drive past are a bit scary but she's getting better with every journey (a yummy treat or two and lots of praise helps to make it less scary too!).
We're still learning about Tilly and will update her profile as we learn more.
Adoption Fee: $350
Can you offer Tilly a safe and active forever home full of adventures, company, quality food, a warm bed, regular flea and worm treatments, and most importantly loads of love for the rest of her days?
As with all Pound Hounds, Tilly must be allowed inside the home (this includes sleeping) so she can really be part of the family.
