Before you set off
Please arrive with your dog on a secure lead.
If you or your dog are unwell, please do not attend. This is especially important for unwell dogs. Contact us first and we’ll help with the safest next step.
Any postponement will be posted here and on our socials by 10 am.

Eligibility
Our subsidised services are intended for people who would otherwise struggle to afford essential preventative care for their dog.
For desexing assistance, we may ask for a Community Services Card or another simple form of financial-hardship confirmation. This helps us direct limited funding to households that need it most.
Dogs being intentionally bred for the sale of puppies are not eligible.
